Credentials of Owners 

Paul Woodall has 38 years experience in real estate finance, real estate syndication, real estate development and construction.  Mr. Woodall has successfully administered, worked in, and/or produced every component of real estate development from design to delivery. He started with Phillips Development, in 1971, and quickly moved from project manager to project financier as the company grew from 40 houses to 400 homes per year.  He gained experience in real estate finance working with two super regional banks, Bank One & Regions Bank, in both commercial and residential lending.  Mr. Woodall has had the opportunity and privilege to help build two companies from start-up to multi-million dollar entities.    Mr. Woodall is a National Association of Home Builders’ University of Housing Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder (a designation held by only about 700 individuals nationwide). Mr. Woodall is a candidate for LEEP certification, which is expected in late 2009, or early 2010.  Mr. Woodall is a U.S. Army Veteran and is the majority owner in Xira Partners, LLC.

Rob Burchfield’sfamily established their real estate company in 1906. Over the last 44 years, he successfully developed and built apartment projects, office buildings, retail developments, light and heavy industrial complexes, mini-warehouses and residential projects totaling over 1.7 million square feet. He is expert in packaging real estate projects that have been highly sought after by major corporations such as General Electric, GMAC, Red Capital, CapMark, and more. In conjunction with those partners, he has completed and holds assets in excess of $250 million. Rob Burchfield is the principal owner of the Burchfield Companies, the parent of a real estate development company, a construction management company and real estate brokerage firm.  It also serves as the core around which a host of partnerships owning land, apartments, and office buildings are in place.Mr. Burchfield’s mix of skills, decades of experience and successful track record provide an ideal platform from which Xira Partner’s assets may be directed. Mr. Burchfield is a minority owner in Xira Partners, LLC. Rob Burchfield graduated from Rice University in 1964, with a degree in Economics, and is a member if the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR).
