Xira Partners, LLC, is a veteran owned small business and its owners, Paul Woodall and Rob Burchfield have over 80 years of combined business experience. 

Mr. Woodall and Mr. Burchfield, in addition to owning majority and minority interests in Xira, respectively, are also partners in other ventures, one of which has been in business since 1906.  Paul and Rob provide a level of experience and financial capacity rarely found in small business owners doing business with the Federal Government.  They have been partners for over 20 years. 

Xira Partners is a small business and new to Government contracting.  Its owners, however, are seasoned professionals with over $250 million in assets produced in joint ventures and partnerships with companies like General Electric Credit, the Housing Authority of the City of Houston, Red Capital, Capmark Capital, Aegon Investors, and many others.  These assets are all income producing, commercial real estate projects or raw land being held for development.

Paul Woodall, CGB, GMB, a (Viet Nam era) U.S. Army veteran and majority owner of Xira Partners, has managed complex material and personnel resources in custom and production building, banking and venture development since 1971.

Robert Burchfield, SIOR, has managed his family real estate, building, and development business since 1964.

Both partners have extensive experience in acquisition and disposition of goods and services totaling millions.
